In partnership with Labcorp, TeamCare is offering a blood screening for members and covered family members ages 18 and older. This comprehensive venipuncture screening provides insights into current and potential medical issues, their risk of preventable chronic conditions, and strategies to improve overall health and well-being.
When registering with Labcorp, the visitor access code is TeamCare (case sensitive).
The biometric test includes: HgbA1c, Total Cholesterol, Ratio Triglycerides, Glucose, Alkaline Phosphate, Total Bilirubin, Aspartate and Alanine Aminotransferase, Total Protein, Albumin, Globulin, Creatinine/eGFR, Calcium, Uric Acid, TSH, Total Iron, BMI, Blood Pressure and PSA testing for men age 40+.
Passport will be on-site providing the following vaccinations and injections:
- Flu Shot (Ages 4+)
- High-Dose Flu Shot (Ages 65+)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Tdap
- Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR)
- Shingles Vaccination (Ages 50+)
- Vitamin B12 Injection
SkinIO will be returning this year for members living in Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Georgia and Florida. They will be offering fast and easy on-site checks at no cost during the Health Fair.
- A SkinIO clinician will take 13 regional images of your skin and as many close-ups as you would like.
- SkinIO’s panel of dermatologists will review your images, and you’ll get your results by email in 2-3 business days.
- If results suggest that you need to be seen in person, SkinIO will connect you to an in-network dermatologist who will be able to see you.
