The Message Center offers an easy and convenient way to get answers to your benefits questions. Members, Providers and Unions can send a secure message to a Benefits Specialist.
How does Message Center work?
Log in to your account and go to the Message Center on your dashboard. Your questions will be passed on to the right person so you can be assured you are getting the attention you need as soon as possible. A TeamCare Benefits Specialist will respond to your message as soon as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. You can even attach and receive documents through the Message Center.
Is it safe to send a message?
Yes, it is completely safe to send a message through our secure Message Center. All correspondence is saved in your Message Center for easy online access and record keeping.
