Spouse Web Access

Why am I unable to edit my address on my profile page?

The subscriber on the account has access to editing the address on file.

Why am I able to see my subscriber's claims and my own but not my dependent's?

Currently, as a spouse you can access the subscriber's claims as well as your own. In order to manage your family's claims and coverage, parental permissions must be granted by the subscriber under the My Profile/Parental Access page. You will then be able to attest to the parental permissions under your own Profile Settings and be granted access to view the claims and benefits of your minor children.

Why am I unable to see the subscriber's claims or benefit limits on the web?

The subscriber may have a privacy restriction on the account, which restricts you from viewing their claims and benefit limits.

How far back in time can I view claims?

You can view claims for the last two calendar years.
