Do you need to request a new ID Card?

If you need to get a new Medical or Benefits ID Card, you have options when you sign in to your account at MyTeamCare.org:
- Download your temporary ID card to your computer as a PDF
- View an electronic ID card on your phone, which you can screenshot to save as a photo
- Request a hard copy ID card to be mailed to you and even track the status of your request
Also, you can send a Benefits Specialist any questions you might still have about your card through the Message Center.
You do not need to request a new card if you:
- are a new member
- move to a new network
- change your name
- change plans & your copay is different
— we’ll automatically mail new cards to you!
