Coming soon: Diabetes Management and Mental Health Complete from Teladoc Health

Soon TeamCare and Teladoc Health will be able to help you manage your diabetes with a new Diabetes Management program. Teladoc Health's program gives you the tools to learn how to set realistic healthy goals, stay committed, and remain inspired toward reaching (and sticking) with all you want to accomplish.

The Diabetes Management program gives you access to a dedicated team of providers, registered dieticians, health coaches, and mental health coaches. Teladoc Health will provide you with the supplies needed to help you manage your diabetes including a blood glucose meter, test strips, and lancets—all at no cost to you! Connected devices will help you monitor progress and provide real-time feedback so you can make timely changes to your day, receive personalized lessons, action plans, messages, and receive support from your care team.

If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, Teladoc Health will send you a letter with details on how to enroll in this new Diabetes Management program.

Another addition to the services offered through Teladoc Health is called Mental Health Complete. Currently, members can schedule visits with board-certified psychiatrists and licensed therapists for treatment of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Soon members will have access to additional resources including on-demand digital messaging with a certified mental health coach and access to digital content such as self-guided programs. These added mental health resources provide you with additional support between mental health visits. Members can utilize online tools 24/7 through the Teladoc Health app or member portal—securely, discreetly, and confidentially.
