    Regular visits to your doctor are essential to a lifetime of good health. The TeamCare Wellness Benefit offers you and your family the coverage that gives you peace of mind. Adult wellness includes regular exams, preventive screenings, and women’s healthcare from in-network providers. Children’s wellness includes well-baby care, regular exams, and most immunizations – all covered in full when you visit an in-network provider.

    Getting care for non-emergency health needs has never been easier. With Teladoc Health, as well as telehealth services available through BCBS, you're just a few clicks away from a virtual visit right from your smartphone or computer.

    Telehealth services through BCBS will be covered by TeamCare under the Major Medical benefit of your specific plan. Please log in and refer to your Plan Benefit Profile under the My Plan Documents tab on the My Documents page for more information.

  • Diabetes Management

    For members living with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, personalized tools and support to track blood sugar, develop healthy lifestyle habits and improve glycemic control are available for those who qualify. The Diabetes Management program through Teladoc Health offers:

    • Access to a dedicated team of providers, registered dieticians, health coaches, and mental health coaches.
    • Supplies needed to help you manage your diabetes including a blood glucose meter, test strips, and lancets—all at no cost to you!
    • Real-time feedback, personalized lessons, action plans, and messages from your team through connected devices.

  • Outpatient Lab

    With TeamCare, you’ll benefit from our partnership with the QuestSelect program, which allows you to save money on outpatient lab testing. When you choose to have your tests performed through QuestSelect, most tests will be performed at no cost to you. For more information, visit questselect.com. If you are unsure if your prescribed test is covered, please contact TeamCare.

  • Outpatient Advanced Imaging

    When you’re in need of outpatient advanced imaging, TeamCare has you covered. Take advantage of a network of 2,200 partner facilities through USIN for MRIs, CTs, and PET scans with no deductible or co-insurance. Services must be scheduled through USIN by calling 1-877-674-0674.

  • $0 Office Visit Co-pay at MinuteClinic

    When life brings its worst, we’ll offer you our best. Visit a CVS MinuteClinic for help with common illnesses (strep throat, earache, pink eye, sinus infections), minor injuries, and skin conditions. Although recommended, no appointments are necessary, and you won't be charged an office visit co-pay. Simply present your TeamCare Benefits ID Card when you or your covered dependents visit the MinuteClinic.

  • Conifer Health Solutions Personal Health Management Program

    TeamCare and Conifer Health Solutions have teamed up to oversee your continuing healthcare. If you are a candidate for personal health management services, a nurse will call to discuss your personal health needs and share program information. 

  • Family Protection Benefit

    Should the worst happen, know that your family’s coverage will continue after your death. Under the Family Protection Benefit, your covered spouse and dependents may be eligible for up to five years of continued health coverage without the cost of COBRA. If qualified, your family will receive the same TeamCare benefits you had as a member.
