Do you need to request a new ID Card?

If you need to get a new Medical or Benefits ID Card, you have options when you sign in to your account at

  • Download your temporary ID card to your computer as a PDF
  • View an electronic ID card on your phone, which you can screenshot to save as a photo
  • Request a hard copy ID card to be mailed to you and even track the status of your request

Also, you can send a Benefits Specialist any questions you might still have about your card through the Message Center.

You do not need to request a new card if you:

  • are a new member
  • move to a new network
  • change your name
  • change plans & your copay is different
