EyeMed expands online options for our members

Oakley has joined EyeMed to give members a wide range of online options for using their TeamCare Vision Benefit. It’s easy to apply EyeMed vision insurance benefits at Oakley.com. Members can access their benefits with just their name, date of birth, and zip code. You can also enter the plan/group ID and members ID from your TeamCare Benefits ID Card. Best of all, there are no forms or online claims to submit.
