We know your time is valuable. So why call TeamCare with a benefits question when you can send a secure message instead? The TeamCare Message Center was developed as an easy and convenient way for members to get answers regarding benefits.
TeamCare has received thousands of messages relating to benefit coverage, claim status, short-term disability, enrollment, and other topics. These messages are handled by the same trained TeamCare Benefits Specialists who answer questions by phone. A Benefits Specialist is committed to responding as soon as possible. Most messages are answered within one to two days; however, those that might need more research could take up to three business days.
Correspondence between you and the Benefits Specialist is secure and saved in your Message Center for record keeping, along with any documents you receive or upload.
Just log in to your account and select Message Center on your dashboard. Choose a topic, type your question, and send the message. It’s that easy.
