If you’re a member, the app gives you quick access to your claims and benefit usage information. You can also access your digital ID card and contact us through the Message Center.
For providers, the MyTeamCare.org app helps save time when searching for member eligibility, benefits, and claims. The app also includes a tool for looking up claim filing information.
Local unions can use the MyTeamCare.org app to look up member information and eligibility. Plan documents for the various TeamCare plans will also be available on the app.
