New enhancements to short-term disability claims

TeamCare wants their members to have access to as much claim information as possible. We’ve made enhancements so that if you are on short-term disability, you can view existing claims information in more detail.

Previously, you could only see basic information. Now you can check the status of claims, review payments, letters, and see a short benefit summary.

This more detailed view can be found by logging into your web account, clicking on the “My Claims” tab, and selecting “Short-Term Disability Claims”.

 

You can also access this information by clicking the “Short-Term Disability Claims” link in the footer at the bottom of the page.

 

After selecting the link or tab, you will see a brand-new page with all your short-term disability claims history. This page provides you access to claims information and links to additional resources related to short-term disability.

 

To view even more details, navigate to the claims grid and select “View Details” on a claim you want to see additional information for.

 

The short-term disability claim details page will provide you with claim status, benefit summary, payment information, and letters associated with the claim.
