Welcome to the new MyTeamCare

The redesigned MyTeamCare.org is now live – we’re excited for you to check it out!

New features available for you to use include more user-friendly dashboard, improved mobile functionality, and enhanced log-in security.

You can log in to the site at any time using your current username and password. Members will be asked to re-validate their accounts and email addresses — after that, you’ll be all set to take advantage of the new tools and resources the site has to offer.

Providers and local union administrators will simply have to log in to begin using the site, no validation required.

Here are a few things to remember with the launch of the new MyTeamCare.org:  

Spouse and Adult Child Accounts
If you are the spouse or adult child of a TeamCare member and had an account on our previous site, please note that those accounts are no longer be available. If you have to make any changes to your information or have questions about your health coverage, please contact us at 1-800-TEAMCARE (1-800-832-6227). 

Information for all dependents on a plan will be available through the primary member account, except in the event that a dependent has a HIPAA restriction on file. Disabling spouse and adult child accounts is a temporary measure — we hope to reintroduce these accounts in the future.

Duplicate Email Addresses
With the launch of the new site, sharing email addresses will no longer be possible. All accounts must have a unique email address. We have deactivated any account that shares an email address with another account. Deleted accounts can re-register with a unique email address.

We would love to get your feedback on the new website! We will be sending a feedback survey to all registered users on the new MyTeamCare.org. Please let us know what you think of the new website, as we redesigned it to better serve your needs. We want to hear from you!
