New dependent web account feature

Ensuring your loved ones have access to the benefits information they need is important.

Effective May 27, eligible spouses and adult children can create and maintain their own web accounts on MyTeamCare.org.

This convenient, secure enhancement allows your eligible dependents to interact with us directly. Those who register can view the status of claims, check plan benefits, access important documents, find providers, and send secure messages to our CustomerCare team.

Have dependents under 18? As a TeamCare member, you have the sole authority to grant or revoke your spouse access to dependent data. You can edit your account access settings at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the My Profile tab on your TeamCare Dashboard.
