How to Register – Members

As a new TeamCare member, the first step is to register and create an account. Your TeamCare account allows you to check the status of claims, view plan documents, find providers, and communicate directly with us.

Start Registration

Start the registration process here, or visit the MyTeamCare.org homepage and click on Register.

Account Setup

Accept Terms of Use

Review the Legal Conditions and Terms of Use. Scroll to the end and select "I Accept" to acknowledge and accept the terms.

Verify Identity

Confirm who you are by providing the following information:

First and last name
9-digit Member ID
Last 4 digits of your SSN
Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
ZIP/postal code

Complete the reCAPTCHA security check.

Verify Email

TeamCare will send a 6-digit verification code to the email address you provided. Enter the code to continue. This email address must be unique to your account and not already associated with another MyTeamCare.org account.

Verify Mobile Phone

Provide a U.S. mobile phone number and select the checkbox to consent to receive text messages. Enter the 6-digit verification code TeamCare sends to that number. This number must be unique to your account and not already associated with another MyTeamCare.org account.

Secure Your Account

Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your MyTeamCare.org account. After you enter your password, you'll receive a one-time verification code by text or email. You can update this setting anytime within your account.

Choose how you'd like to receive your codes:

Text message (SMS) — recommended
Email

Create Credentials

Create a unique username with at least 8 characters (no special characters).
Enter and confirm your email address.
Create a password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number.
Re-enter your password to confirm.

Complete the reCAPTCHA security check.

Document Delivery

Choose how you'd like to receive documents, electronically or by mail, and click Continue.

If you select electronic delivery, you'll need to consent to the Terms and Conditions for Electronic Delivery of Documents. Check both boxes to give your consent.

Dependent Access

Dependent Access Option

As a member, you may grant your spouse access to view dependent data. You also have the authority to revoke this access at any time. Learn how to edit account access here.

If you do not have an eligible spouse with dependents under 18, skip to the Complete Registration step.

Select whether you'd like to allow your spouse access to view dependent data.
If yes, select the dependents you wish to grant access to.
Check the boxes to confirm you understand that you are authorizing your spouse to view dependent data.
Click Register to continue.
